As I read an article in todays newspaper here in Nanaimo BC Canada I am totaly choked that our city council has proposed nine new off leash parks for dogs which include fresh drinking water,Swimming, trees, shade, parking, fencing and large open spaces. In my years of being a busker I have met hundreds of buskers who choose not to by a licence or obey regulations for busking. Most of them have been traveling minstrels across the country and play music on the streets to survive.
I support these people who are traveling minstrels as thats what busking is about.
